No-one chooses to start smoking. We begin with experimenting or being offered one by a friend; even a member of the family…usually at a stressful time for all the family. Unfortunately cigarettes are designed to get you addicted, they are a cocktail of poisons that alter your body chemistry and how your mind responds.
