YOGA OM THE BALL is Yoga on the Ball.
This is a new course/CPD launched in 2011 to great success.
Imagine the minds control and focus as the body is developing deep muscle and core strength by balancing on a ball. Its challenging, changes the body's shape and enlivens the respiratory and cardiac systems. It concentrates on training the breath and helps release stress through a balance of the endocrine system too.
This course is for all fitness, ETM, PT'S, Pilates and Yoga instructors or those with a dance and PE background.
